Location - off SR-1509 (Warrenton-Embro Rd) about 8.0 miles from Hwy 58. GPS location is approximate.

Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on Hwy 158 E Bus, travel 0.5 mile and turn right onto Hwy 58. Travel 2 2 miles and turn left onto SR 1509 (Warrenton-Embro Rd). Travel 8 miles and turn right onto a private drive across the road from the brick house of the late Rev. W. H. Burgess. Enter the woods on the left and go due south for about 0.75 mile. The cemetery was located just this side of a creek. The cemetery was destroyed by a hog lagoon. There were 12 or more graves marked with fieldstones. Some graves may be American Indian but most graves are believed to be African American.
