      Directions: From Warrenton courthouse on N Main St, travel 0.2 mile and turn left onto Ridgeway St and Hwy 158 W Bus/401 N. Travel 4.1 miles to Norlina and turn left onto US Hwy 1 S/158W. Travel 5.1 miles to Manson and turn right onto SR 1237 (Manson-Drewry Rd). Travel 3.2 miles to Drewry and turn right onto SR 1200 (Jacksontown Rd) which becomes SR 1200 (Drewry-Virginia Line Rd). Travel 5.6 miles from Drewry and turn left onto SR 1204 (Kimball Point Rd) at Mt. Auburn Church. Travel 0.4 mile and turn right onto Twin Cedar Ln. Travel 0.5 mile to the abandoned cemetery on left in a wooded area with periwinkle about 50 feet from dirt road. There are seven or more unmarked graves. Race-White.

      There are two children's graves that have fieldstone markers.


  1. Hayes, Charles L.   (b. 30 Aug 1875 - d. 12 Sep 1875)
      • Grave marker could not be found in 2002.
  2. Hayes, George Henry   (b. 30 Aug 1875 - d. 5 Jul 1877)
      • Grave marker could not be found in 2002.
  3. Hayes, John C.   (b. 4 Nov 1866 - d. 2 Feb 1878)
      • "He shall gather them in His arms". Moved to Mount Auburn Christian United Church of Christ Cemetery by a family member to preserve the stones.
  4. Hayes, Morgan Rill   (b. 7 Jul 1878 - d. 24 Jul 1878)
      • Twin of Malvern Hill Hayes. Moved to Mount Auburn Christian United Church of Christ Cemetery by a family member to preserve the stones.
  5. Newman, G. W.   (b. 22 Oct 1841 - d. 3 Aug 1866)
      • "He bid thee arise.... To hail Him in triumph in the skies". Moved to Mount Auburn Christian United Church of Christ Cemetery by a family member to preserve the stones.
  6. Newman, R.   (b. 10 May 1850 - d. 18 Dec 1873)
      • "Friends fondly cherished have passed on before". Moved to Mount Auburn Christian United Church of Christ Cemetery by a family member to preserve the stones.
