Directions: From intersection of Hwy 21 Bus and NC Hwy 268 Bypass east (aka CC Camp Rd), go east on CC Camp Rd until it dead ends into NC Hwy 268. Turn left and go east for .6 miles until you pass Perdue Feed Mill. On the left side of the road is a drive up an incline to a mobile home and shop and ask for directions to cemetery.

Status of cemetery:  Well maintained.
Surry County Parcel Number:  4972-00-94-8315. Deed Book 55, Page 416, Surry County Registry. It was a conveyance from Joseph Cockerham and his wife, Martha E Cockerham to M.G. Sneed and Sarah J. Sneed. "(to] the beginning containing 82 acres more or less excepting in the above boundary ¬ acre for grave yard."
The graveyard does fall within the area of Deed Book 55, Page 416.

There are around 20 stones in a well groomed area, with two sites having stones piled in a rectangular shape and stacked about 8-10 inches high. The property is somewhat sensitive to visits and at times there is a cable across the drive..
