Directions: From NC Hwy 21 Business and Hwy 21 Bypass intersection in Elkin, go east on Poplar Springs Road (SR 1001) for 4.8 miles and cemetery is on the right and behind the home at 1711 Poplar Springs Road (just past Joe Layne Rd).

No markers remain as they were all destroyed due to farm practices here but the history of occupants remain from Kallam Books and family history. Toad Smith, and wife Vadie Steel Smith, Loyd Smith, Oliver Smith, Clay Smith, Avery Smith, Nelia Smith were all children of Mart and Alice Smith. They all died of TB during the Epidemic Plague. I was shown the location of the cemetery to take the reading.
