      Directions: From intersection of US Hwy 52 and NC Hwy 268 in Pilot Mtn, go west on NC Hwy 268 for 0.25 mile and turn left on Shoals Rd. Then go 2.5 miles and the church and cemetery are on the right at corner of Shoals Rd and Pinnacle View Church Rd (SR 2055).

      This was a full and complete survey of burials by Bob Carter, Greensboro, NC in August 2008 and a resurvey of burials in April 2013 which included taking photos. The survey started at the northwest corner next to the church and worked in a zig-zag fashion to the back of the cemetery below the church.

      Additional information in the Notes section was obtained from birth, death, marriage records, and published obituaries and some from Bob's own research into family histories and Surry County genealogy in general.
