Location - On Kudzu Creek Trail off Quaker Ch Rd, Siloam, Surry Co., NC.

Directions: From Hwy 268 and Quaker Church Rd, go south on Quaker Church Rd for 2.6 miles and turn Right on Kudzu Creek Trail (a dirt road). Then go to where road splits and veer left. First tree on right is Baker Cemetery. Bass Cemetery is 2nd tree on right across from an old cow's pen.
Surveyed by Bob Carter on May 6, 2006. Township or district: Siloam. Public or Private: Private property. Elevation above sea level (ft.): 1030. Status of cemetery: Abandoned.
This land has recently been surveyed since there are survey markers around the cemetery. Has several river slate, field stone graves, but only two recognizable. One is Eugene Bass, 9-26-1882 to 6-10-1905 and the other is Ray H. Eads, 6-15-1909 to 6-18-1909, son of Marton and Mittie Eads.

In the 1900 census, Eugene was age 16 and living with aunt Elizabeth EADS in Marsh township.
