135    THOMASON FAMILY

Location - turn left onto Philo White Rd off Hwy 96S. Turn right onto Grove Hill Rd; then right onto Flat Rock Rd; drive approx. 1/2 mi. and turn right into driveway leading into the woods. Drive approx. 1/4 mi. to house and around house bearing right. Cemetery is on the left facing the path.


Recorded by Bonnie Breedlove and Carrie Frances Averett, September 1999. The cemetery is well maintained and preserved. There are eight or more fieldstones.

NOTE: The stone for Zechariah Allen was hand craved by Zechariah Allen himself, except for his death date. The only time the stone can be read is in September between 2:00 and 3:00p.m on a sunny day.
